Chiara began her private equity career in 2017 with Motion Equity Partners, a French private equity fund. After two years, she moved to Nova Equity Partners, spin-off of the Motion Fund. As an Investment Associate she was involved in all the investment team activities, from fundraising and origination of new opportunities to the monitoring of portfolio companies. Prior to that she worked for Morgan Stanley and UBS in London in their Investment Banking divisions. Chiara holds a BA in Finance and Economics and a MSc in Finance from Università Commerciale Luigi Bocconi in Milan.
