Thanks to the aggregation with Giunti, founded in 1945 as a company engaged in the distribution of irrigation pipes, as of today the Group has expanded its business to the production of a full range of components and accessories for traditional irrigation.

Aksìa Group (through Aksìa Capital V) acquired Scarabelli Irrigazione and Giunti from the founders to support the new Group through its next development phase and to consolidate the irrigation industry, a highly fragmented sector driven by interesting growth patch. The project with Aksìa Capital V envisages the creation of a market-leading Group having Scarabelli Irrigazione as its pivotal platform and proceeding with a growth strategy through the aggregation of Italian and European excellence. The objective is to boost business growth through both vertical and horizontal integration achieved by widening the product range, strengthening of the commercial network and expanding both domestic and international market presence.
